Le projet consiste en une rénovation complète d'un immeuble de bureaux, dont l'affectation est maintenue, avec démolition-reconstruction des façades, déplacement de l'entrée principale, activation du socle et réduction des places de stationnement pour voitures au profit des places pour vélos. Le bâtiment s'inscrit dans l'opération Cityforward. La façade se trouve dans la zone de protection d'un arrêté de classement voisin, l'hôtel Malou.
